One of the founding partners of NeuHouse Farms and partner in Lester Neufeld and Sons. She is the current Rose Program & Planting Director of NeuHouse Farms and brings that expertise to her role providing oversight on the Executive Board for Weeks Roses. 

Nancy loves the details of architecture and graphic design, all the way down to the typeface. She takes pride in growing amazing roses in her home garden despite pruning them only once a year.

Dan is a founding partner in NeuHouse farms. He manages and oversees all aspects of all operations with a focus on water policy, legislative, and regulatory advocacy.

Dan brings unthwarted positivity while providing his expertise to oversee Weeks Roses as a member of the Executive Board. Spend any time around the farm, and you’ll hear it said, “Dan never saw a thing he didn’t like.” We talk a lot about innovation and quality, but Dan’s almost-spiritual positivity might be the secret sauce for how we craft the best roses.

Managing Partner

Zeb has spent his entire life in and around the nursery. Ask anyone in the industry and they can attest to his shenanigans. But what started as a medium for fun has grown into a fascination and passion for growing the best roses and building the Weeks culture around a quality-over-quantity mentality. Not only does Zeb enjoy the horticulture industry, but he also not-so-secretly looks to other industries for case studies on how to develop his next innovative idea. 

Sales Director

Bill has been working in horticulture for almost 40 years, but before any of that, he loved gardening. After years of passionate growing and tending Bill discovered, “I can get paid for this?” And he hasn’t looked back since. We’ve lost count of how many years Bill has been saying, “I’ll retire next year,” but frankly, we’ll believe it when we see it. His favorite rose color is purple, and his least favorite is beige (he’ll let you know). He loves planning and strategy, and has played a crucial role in helping NeuHouse Farms be good stewards of the great legacy of Weeks Roses. 

Hybridizer

Christian grew up in Québec City surrounded by plant breeding, learning the fundamentals from his family from a young age.

He has received several awards from endless organizations in categories including beauty, fragrance, and resilience. It’s a full-time job just keeping the trophy room dusted.

Christian’s reputation as a rose breeder precedes him, but he’ll tell you about it anyway. And as much as we want to give him a hard time for talking at length in his fancy French accent about his fancy roses, he honestly deserves the airspace.
