If you love Hot Cocoa, then you’ll love its newest ‘baby’.  This caffeinated cutie percolates in the garden, popping up one shapely bud after another set against deep glossy green leaves.  It’s not exactly like ‘Dad’ in color, but you can see the family tree – smoky red-orange inside & shiny rusty orange on the outside.  The well-formed flowers open to reveal a bright eye that lights up in the landscape.  The first from the hands of Weeks’ talented assistant hybridizer, Christian Bédard.
