Rockin’ Robin

(cv. WEKboroco) Pat.# 10,070

Shrub - Pink, red and white

Getting the blues from all those pink Shrub roses? Maybe it’s time to put a little rhythm into your shrubscape with an up-tempo blend of red, white and pink. Large clusters of ruffled striped blooms decorate the rounded fountainous plant from top to bottom. But the habit’s not too big to fit into most landscapes. Glossy clean green leaves cover the plant even late into the season.

  • Height & Habit: Medium-small, fully double
  • Bloom & Size: Medium-small, fully double
  • Petal Count: 40 to 45
  • Fragrance: Mild apple
  • Parentage: Bonica x Roller Coaster
  • Hybridizer: Carruth – 1997
  • Comments: Larger habit in mild climates. Highly resistant to Downy mildew

This rose has had a spot in the garden for two years. It is the only that my best friend makes a point of seeing and smelling every time she comes over. She admires it so much that I gave her one for her birthday. Lorieann Kellyville, OK
