Cl. Sally Holmes

(cv. Morstrort) Pat.# 11,089

Shrub / Climber - Buff buds open pure white

Unlike any rose you’ve seen, Sally gives huge clusters that resemble Hydrangea heads – filled with buff colored buds that open to white single flowers. Despite their frail appearance, the blooms last well even in heat. Vigorous, disease resistant and very free flowering. Blooms on new wood.

  • Height / Habit: Pillar /climber of 6 to 12 feet
  • Bloom / Size: Large, single in large clusters
  • Petal count: 5 to 8
  • Parentage: Ivory Fashion x Ballerina
  • Fragrance: Slight
  • Hybridizer: Holmes – 1976
  • Comments: Good in most temperatures. Deeper bud color then cool.
